FOUNDATIONAL
Three tiers. One diagnostic. Zero guesswork.
Fractional CFO for contractors in the repair and replace trades. Every engagement starts the same way: an Introduction Call where you meet Jason, then a Diagnostic where we look at your books before quoting anything. Same way you’d never price a job without seeing the equipment.
- A monthly financial report you can actually read
- Cash flow visibility & runway tracking
- Standing monthly strategy call with Jason
- Job-level profitability analysis
- 13-week rolling cash forecast
- Pricing & margin strategy
- Scenario modeling for major decisions
- Financing & lender-ready packages
- Deeper cadence with your leadership team
Monthly engagements start at $2,500. Which tier fits, and your exact monthly fee, comes out of the Diagnostic, not a dropdown menu. Your company’s size, systems, and goals set the price, the same way site conditions set yours.
Two meetings. One written quote. You decide.
The Introduction Call: 30 minutes, free
You meet Jason directly. No sales rep, no gatekeeper. He explains exactly how the firm works and what the Diagnostic covers. You tell him what’s going on in the business and ask him anything. If it’s a fit, you schedule the Diagnostic. If it’s not, he’ll tell you that too.
The Diagnostic: 1 to 2 weeks, $500
We take read only access to your books and spend the week understanding your company. Then we sit down together for the Diagnostic Review. Jason walks through his questions with you, face to face, and fills out your company profile right there in front of you. No forms emailed into the void.
You leave that meeting with the full picture
The Diagnostic Review ends with a finalized written quote, everything in the box on the right. Take it home. Sleep on it. Talk to your CPA about it. Sign within 30 days and the $500 comes off your onboarding fee.
YOUR WRITTEN QUOTE INCLUDES
- Your recommended tier, and why
- Your exact monthly fee
- Your onboarding fee, with the $500 diagnostic already credited
- Your onboarding timeline, start to finish
- What’s clearly out of scope, and how it’s priced if you ever want it
Out of scope work (things like tax filing, audit prep, standalone financing packages, or building a full budget from scratch) is spelled out up front and quoted separately, only if you ask for it. No surprises after signing. The quote you see in the Diagnostic Review is the deal.
What owners ask before they call.
“Why is the Diagnostic paid?”
Because it’s real work: a week or more inside your books, ending in a written assessment you keep either way. And because it keeps us honest. We’d rather earn $500 doing real diagnosis than give you a free sales pitch dressed up as one. If you sign, it’s effectively free, since the full $500 credits to onboarding.
“Do I have to fire my bookkeeper or CPA?”
No. The opposite, actually. We work alongside both. Your bookkeeper keeps recording, your CPA keeps filing, and we coordinate with your CPA quarterly. We’re the forward-looking seat neither of them is hired to fill.
“What can you actually see in my books?”
Read only, accountant level access. We can look, we can’t touch. We can’t move money, edit entries, or access your bank. And every engagement starts with a signed mutual NDA before we see a single number.
“Why don’t you list prices for each tier?”
Same reason you don’t publish one price for “fix my AC.” A $1.5M two-truck shop and a $7M company with 30 techs need different depths of work at the same tier. Engagements start at $2,500/month. Your exact number comes from the Diagnostic, in writing, before you commit to anything.
“What if I’m not sure my books are even clean enough for this?”
That’s half the reason the Diagnostic exists. Messy books aren’t a rejection. They’re a starting point. The onboarding is scoped to how much cleanup your numbers actually need, and you’ll know that scope before you sign.
Stay in the loop instead.
Two emails a month for repair & replace owners. One reads the economy for your business, one goes deep on running the shop. Optional texts when a new issue drops or a client spot opens.
Thirty minutes. Meet Jason. Commit to nothing.
The Introduction Call costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Worst case, you get a straight answer to a question you’ve been sitting on.
